If you have a Marriott-branded Visa credit card, logging into your account online is how you track points, pay your bill, review transactions, and manage your credit health. But because Marriott has partnered with different banks over time, where you log in depends on which card you actually have — and that's where a lot of confusion starts.

Which Bank Issues Your Marriott Visa Card?

If you're not sure which bank issued your card, check the front or back of the physical card — the issuing bank's name appears there, and so does the Visa or Amex network logo.

🔍 Important note: Historically, some Marriott Visa cards were issued by other banks (including Citi and Bank of America). If you have an older card or a co-branded card through a specific Marriott property program, your login portal may differ. When in doubt, call the number on the back of your card.

How to Log In to Your Chase Marriott Card Account

If your Marriott Bonvoy Visa is issued by Chase:

  1. Go to chase.com
  2. Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner
  3. Enter your Chase username and password
  4. From your account dashboard, select your Marriott Bonvoy card

If you're a new cardholder and haven't set up online access yet, you'll need to create a Chase account by selecting "Not enrolled? Sign up" and verifying your card details, Social Security Number, and contact information.

If your Marriott Bonvoy card is issued by American Express:
